Special Circumstances
In the course of field service, a situation will eventually arise where a customer needs assistance with an instrument in which we do not have an elevated level of expertise. In this case, we inform the customer of the situation, let them know we will give every effort to alleviate the problem, keep them informed all along the process, and will not charge a fee if we cannot solve the issue. This exact circumstance has arisen many times over the last 25 years and the customer always values our effort and honesty.
